Who we are
IvyClerk is a brand of Provantic Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U47912KA2023PTC173443), with its registered office at Prestige Atlanta, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034, Karnataka, India. In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Provantic Technologies Private Limited.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us, and our Grievance Officer, Premkumar R, at provantict@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect:
- Your email address, and the date and time you joined.
- A one-way, keyed hash of your IP address. We cannot turn it back into your IP address. We use it only to stop automated abuse of the sign-up form.
- Your browser's user-agent string (browser and device type), for the same purpose.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to font providers.
Why we use it, and our legal basis

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your email address on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist in a database hosted in the London (United Kingdom) region.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Before we send our first email, we will name our email delivery provider here.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Your data is stored in the United Kingdom and accessed by our team in India. Where the law requires it, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Your waitlist entry: until you ask us to delete it or withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than 12 months after IvyClerk launches if you do not become a customer.
- Abuse-prevention records (the IP hash attached to sign-up attempts): 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email provantict@gmail.com. We will reply within one month, or sooner where your local law requires.
You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office (United Kingdom), your local authority in the European Union, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
IvyClerk is a business tool for adults. Please do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For any material change affecting people already on the waitlist, we will email you first.
