Terms

Last updated 24 October 2026

IvyClerk has not launched yet. These terms cover this website, the founding waitlist and the commitments we make about paid plans. We will publish full Terms of Service before paid plans open; they will keep every commitment on this page.

1. Who we are

IvyClerk is a brand of Provantic Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U47912KA2023PTC173443), with its registered office at Prestige Atlanta, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034, Karnataka, India. In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Provantic Technologies Private Limited.

2. The waitlist

3. Founding price

4. Paid plans and billing

5. Cancelling

6. Your content keeps working

If you cancel, downgrade or a payment fails, everything you have published keeps working: QR codes keep redirecting, booking pages and forms stay live within Free-plan limits, your site stays on a free IvyClerk address, and signed documents remain downloadable. Exporting your data is free on every plan. We may suspend content only if it breaks the law or our acceptable use rules, or if you delete your account.

7. Fair use

"Unlimited" features are unlimited for normal business use. Limits exist only to stop abuse; we will email you before slowing down or rate-limiting anything, and we will never switch off a live form or link because you went over a plan limit.

8. Price changes

We will give existing customers at least 60 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect. Founding prices never increase.

9. Support

A person, not a bot, will reply to support requests within one business day, including if you cannot log in to your account. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use IvyClerk to break the law, send spam, collect data without permission, impersonate anyone, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or other users.

11. Liability

We provide this website and the waitlist as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Questions: provantict@gmail.com.
